5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The palmslots VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier offers up to 0.7%, and Gold tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through consistent active play.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues
